This is not normal personal training. Where everyone gets the same cookie cutter program. Each program is individualized based on YOUR goals. You want to get in better shape, get stronger, feel better or want to learn how to dominate your next sport season? From beginners to advanced lifters, I have coached middle school athletes to professional athletes in multiple sports.
